job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBe comfortable on camera for marketing efforts! Perform routine maintenance – Tasks include oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front end alignments, inspections, battery installations, headlight / taillight installations, etc..... Perform advanced diagnostic / testing procedures – Includes extensive diagnostic inventory to determine the sources of customer's problems and provide accurate repair recommendations. Perform repairs - Focus on repairing it right the first time PMI / Digital Inspections - Providing vehicle service recommendations to a professional service adviser for estimating and approvals Manage paperwork – Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records. High School Diploma or GED ASE certification and MVI License (If no MVI License, will need to obtain within 60 days of employment) 5+ years of service technician experience Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment a must Willingness to participate in in-house training Ability to operate all auto repair tools Excellent listening and communication skills License / Certification : Driver's license with less than three violations in three years (Required) State Vehicle Inspection License (Must be able to obtain within 60 days of employment) ASE Certification Powered by JazzHR
