Key Responsibilities
Interact with patients and providers through various communication channels, including onboarding and issue resolution

Advocate for patients by proactively guiding their healthcare journey and communicating with all stakeholders professionally
Required Qualifications
College degree with 1+ years of experience in customer service or customer success, preferably in a startup environment
Interest in enhancing customer experience and understanding its impact on business growth
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Proficient in computer skills, including Google Suite and CRM systems
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a HIPAA-compliant workspace
