Job Description

AutoFair Honda is now seeking Help Desk Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who can work evening and weekend shifts. $55-$60k per year. Are you passionate about helping customers? Do you have phone and email skills? Apply with us today!

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Keeping our service and sales customers up-to-date on their upgrade options.

Answer customer questions and establish follow-up with sales appointments

Greet opportunities and provide pre-set proposals.

Respond quickly to internet and phone inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates

Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources

Present initial financing options based on customer needs

Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management

Utilize CRM tracking system daily

REQUIREMENTS :

At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience

Team player attitude

Prompt and courteous

Enthusiastic personality

Must have strong computer skills

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
