Program Manager

Airbus DS Government Solutions, Inc. (Airbus DS-GS) is seeking a Program Manager in our Plano, TX officeto lead and oversee one or more government contracts, ensuring successful delivery of program objectives, cost management and customer satisfaction. The PM will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and government clients, managing scope, performance, and compliance under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency-specific guidelines.

Responsibilities :

• Manages cost and schedule, customer updates and internal department challenges for overall project success.
• Identifies resources needed, confirms procurement, planning and schedule.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables and prepares necessary documentation for delivery.
• Develops processes to assist in customer change control for the life of a program.
• Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Manages project budget and documents / reports deviations to executive leadership.
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
• Helps analyze project profitability, revenue, and margins.
• Manages and directs the execution of contract requirements to ensure that costs, schedules, and performance goals are met.
• Supports, communicates, reinforces, and defends the mission values and culture of the organization / company.
• Travel required domestically and internationally.
