Accounts Payable Specialist - Compensation & Benefits

Compensation :

$25-$28 per hour, commensurate with experience

Accounts Payable Specialist - Requirements

2+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience

Strong understanding of AP processes, three-way match, and vendor payment cycles

Experience processing high-volume invoices with accuracy and timeliness

Ability to communicate effectively with vendors to resolve discrepancies

Proficiency with AP and accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Solid Excel skills for organizing, tracking, and analyzing AP data

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Accounts Payable Specialist - Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multi-entity or project-based environments

Familiarity with expense reporting systems such as Concur or Expensify

Background supporting month-end close activities (accruals, reconciliations)

Ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to AP process improvements

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive vendor relationships
