Manufacturing Technician

Description : Shift : Days

Hours : 6am-6 : 30pm

Location : Frederick MD

Day Shift-

Brief Job Description : Operation of upstream / downstream / central services processing equipment according to established SOPs.

Job Responsibilities (to include key result areas specific accountabilities tasks etc.)

Operation of processing equipment according to established SOPs MPRs & SPRs

in accordance with cGMPs. Related operations include but are not limited to

solution preparation cell culture purification & formulation and supporting activities.

Train with qualified Technician on activities related to operating process equipment with requirements of qualification.

Follow and execute cGMP documentation.

Utilize Manufacturing Execution systems (MES).

Contribute to problem solving activities for non-routine activities on production floor.

Participate in continuous improvement activities for Manufacturing.

Adhere to client values and behaviors.

Other duties as assigned or identified.

Essential

0-1 yrs experience with High School Diploma

Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others on assigned tasks

Ability to comply cGMP standards

Must possess computer skills

Ability to follow instruction and directions

Desirable

BS / BA degree preferred

Degree in STEM field

Prior experience or exposure with aseptic / cGMP standards and environment
