The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role the skills education training credentials and experience of the candidate internal equity and organizational needs.

The Administration Department is responsible for these key activities : representation of administration on the St. Paul and Minneapolis Campuses policy and procedure clearinghouse business development child advocacy and child policy and community health and preventive medicine.
Position Summary
The Chief of Staff reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serves as the principal strategic advisor to ensure organizational success within a complex operational environment. This role also leads the organizations strategy and planning function optimizing engagement between the CEO Executive Leadership Team and internal / external stakeholders including the Boards of Directors philanthropic entities and public and private sector partners.
The position requires advanced competencies in health care strategy leadership strategic communication and problem resolution to ensure operational efficacy organizational sustainability and strategic growth of Childrens Minnesota. It requires cultivating relationships enterprise-wide and across sectors to influence decision-making processes and organizational outcomes.
