This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about client advocacy and looking to grow within a collaborative and compassionate legal environment.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a driven attorney with hands-on experience handling dissolution, child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, modifications, and pre / post-nuptial agreements. The firm is looking for someone ready to jump into an existing caseload and contribute meaningfully to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage family law cases from intake to final resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
• Conduct discovery and take depositions
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with support staff and paralegals on case development
