Position : Physician Assistant, PA / Nurse Practitioner, NP - GI Outpatient

Shift : Full Time, 40 hours / week. Monday - Friday, 8 hour day shift

Experience :

1. 2 years' experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner required.

2. 2 years of related experience in Gastroenterology preferred

Education :

1. Bachelor's degree required.

2. Must be a graduate of an accredited physician assistant / surgical assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.

3. MSN required

Licensures / Certifications :

1. Must be Certified ( PA-C ) or Nurse Practitioner, (CRNP)

2. Active license with Pennsylvania State Board of Medical Education and Licensure.

3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc / American Red Cross) required.

4. ACLS certification required.

5. Additional certifications specific to specialty may be required or preferred.

6.. Refer to the Specialty Addendum.

7.Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
