20 hours per week | Onsite (W / TH / FR)

Key Responsibilities

Grant Accounting

Manage a portfolio of roughly 50 assigned grants using shared team folders

Track grant dates, expenses, and billing activity

Month-End Close & Invoicing

Support 4-day cost processing and 4-day billing cycles

Prepare management reports

Process internal and external invoices (approx. 20 every other week)

Sponsor Reporting

Enter data into supporting systems and applications

Complete assigned checklist tasks for timely and accurate reporting

Budget Updates

Update existing budgets (not creating from scratch)

Qualifications

Minimum :

Bachelor's in Accounting (entry-level candidates welcome!)

or

Associate's in Accounting with a couple years of experience

Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Adobe Pro

Eagerness to learn - everything is trainable

Preferred :

Experience with debits / credits or governmental / nonprofit accounting

Familiarity with grants or single audit requirements

Background in full-cycle accounting
