Pay :  $50,000 base + bonuses (expected $100,000+ total)

Our  fast-growing criminal defense law firm  in Nashville is seeking a  Law Firm Sales and Intake Specialist  to handle inbound client inquiries, guide potential clients through our intake process, and help them take the next step toward representation.

This is  not a cold-calling role  — all leads are inbound. You’ll talk with people who have already reached out for help and guide them toward the legal solutions they need.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary :  $50,000
• Performance bonuses :  Expected total earnings $100,000+ at plan
• Guaranteed training bonus  during the initial onboarding period
• 10 days PTO  to start
