This role will oversee projects from bid to completion, managing subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project operations from bid to completion.
• Review subcontractor bids, confirm accuracy of materials, labor, and schedules.
• Qualify and negotiate with subcontractors; administer subcontracts and process change orders.
• Ensure all contract requirements, documentation, and safety protocols are met.
• Liaise with clients, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct project meetings and support scheduling and budget management.
• Assist in preparing estimates and compiling project data.
