Payroll Manager

The Payroll Manager's responsibilities will include, among other duties assigned from time to time :

• Support and / or complete any or all of the following :
• timely administration of payroll processing in compliance with federal and state regulations (weekly and bi-monthly)
• maintain employee files; manage and track paid sick leave, Washington Paid Family Leave, FMLA, and other regulations, as required
• current payroll experience
• union payroll experience
• process monthly union reports (multi-state)
• reconcile payroll accounts to general ledger, resolve account discrepancies, process payments to state and federal agencies (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, annually)

Minimum Requirements :

Salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Physical Demands : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to feel, reach, and uses a computer.
