Salary Range : $45,000-$50,000
Duties / Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate customer orders and artwork, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate daily with a wide range of customers, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Accounting, and other departments to resolve customer-related issues and ensure order fulfillment.
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Service department, including handling overflow tasks and contributing to team efficiency.

Associate's degree preferred.12 years of experience in a customer service environment (non-call center).Experience in a manufacturing or finished goods environment is a plus.Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.Occasional movement within an office or production environment may be required.
