Job Description :

  • The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving the delivery of critical business and engineering initiatives by managing all aspects of the program lifecycle—including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • This role requires a hands-on approach, strong technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure successful program outcomes.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional technical programs composed of multiple interrelated projects.
  • Define and implement program structures, timelines, and alignment across engineering and business teams.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to design and deliver new capabilities.
  • Break down complex technical challenges into actionable workstreams and drive timely execution.
  • Coordinate launch planning and synchronization across multiple teams to meet business and customer goals.
  • Develop and maintain scalable program processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs to track progress and performance.
  • Influence both short-term and long-term product and technical strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and resolve bottlenecks that may impact delivery.
  • Balance competing priorities between business needs and technical constraints.
  • Manage the intake queue of incoming project requests—prioritizing, triaging, and assigning tasks to meet objectives and timelines.

    • Requirement / Must Have :

  • Strong technical background with proven experience managing complex technical programs or projects.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams across business, product, and engineering functions.
  • Experience implementing program management frameworks, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software delivery best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.

    • Should Have :

  • Ability to influence technical strategy and align multiple teams toward shared objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a process optimization mindset.

    • Qualification and Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification (preferred).
