Security Supervisor Distribution Center (3rd Shift)

Wage : $23.00 / hour

Were currently seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at a busy distribution center in Wyoming, MI . The supervisor will play a key role in ensuring security operations run smoothly during 3rd shiftthe busiest time of operations .

Experience Required :

  • A minimum of 2 years of Security Supervisor or Law Enforcement experience
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams of 5 or more employees in a fast-paced environment

    • Your Responsibilities :

  • Provide site supervision and ensure all officers follow company policies and procedures
  • Keep management informed of concerns, issues, and site activity
  • Manage access control : sign drivers in / out and log trucks on traffic log
  • Patrol facility and lot areas, including use of a company vehicle to assist with truck flow
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms
  • Respond to emergencies and submit detailed incident reports
  • Support and coach your security team to maintain professionalism and effectiveness
  • Handle the physical demands of the role : sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating a warehouse environment

    • What Were Looking For :

  • 2+ years of supervisory and / or security / law enforcement experience
  • Leadership and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and multiple shifts if needed
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must meet state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Supervisors
