JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support the Wholesale FP&A team by providing comprehensive financial insights and support to drive business performance across our operations. The ideal candidate will excel in reporting, data analytics, analyzing trends and variances, tracking KPIs and management dashboards to support strategic business decisions relating to Cresco's Operations. Our ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is highly organized with great attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Work in collaboration with the operations and finance teams to understand facility cost drivers
• Understand costing information in order to provide insights on cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution for Cresco's products with a view to meeting short, medium and long-term objectives
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and support decision-making
• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances versus plan and prior periods
• Build a collaborative working relationship and become one of the financial liaisons with divisional and corporate leadership to support management and business unit reporting for Cresco's Operations
• Review and validate accrual activity and general ledger coding for accuracy and compliance
• Support the monthly close process to ensure timely, accurate and complete financial accounting and reporting
• Perform ad-hoc financial / quantitative analysis and various reporting, financial modeling, and business operations requests
• Provide effective support to the FP&A team in all data collection and extraction to support strategic decisions

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to, geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Pay Range

$75,000-$85,000 USD
