Role Title : Sr. Oracle EBS Developer / Senior Oracle Applications Developer
Office Status : Hybrid – 3 days in office in Houston
Number of Openings : 1
Salary : $135,000 - $140,000 per year
Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Must-Have Technologies :
Oracle Developer, PL / SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle EBS (12.2.8 or higher), SQL Loader, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, UNIX (AIX, Linux, Solaris), shell scripting, TOAD
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement new ERP-related applications
- Support and enhance existing Oracle EBS solutions (packages, procedures, triggers, reports, forms, interfaces, workflows)
- Perform implementation, performance tuning, and code migrations
- Maintain and enforce SQL / PLSQL coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with Oracle Support to resolve production issues
- Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process guidelines
- Supervise up to 5 less experienced Analysts Programmers and training efforts for up to 10 users (possible)
- Communicate effectively across IT, finance, and executive teams
- Adapt and maintain legacy codebase developed over the past 20 years with specialized customizations
- Ensure strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules, especially Project Accounting, AP, AR, GL, Procurement
- Support month-end close processes and Oracle ERP workflows
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience7+ years of progressively responsible experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Database productsStrong expertise in Oracle technology solutions including data flows, interfaces, core functionalityProven experience with Project Accounting module strongly preferredSkilled in writing technical requirement documents and performing Oracle ERP code migrationsFamiliarity with HRMS module is a plusStrong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and unit testing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication, including documentation and presentationsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
