Chief Financial Officer

Quatrro Business Support Services is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join our nonprofit team in a hybrid role based in Detroit, MI .

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end accounting processes for multiple nonprofit clients, with a strong emphasis on project accounting , and grant compliance .

As the primary liaison for our clients, you’ll shape and execute financial strategies that empower organizations to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver accurate and timely financial statements, coaching, and counseling to stakeholders and operations managers to help improve margins and impact their bottom line   Oversee and manage project accounting functions, including tracking project budgets, costs, and timelines to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with nonprofit funding requirements.

Lead budget processes and incorporate periodic analytics Work closely with clients to solve issues related to complicated financial statement situations Monitor finances to aid clients functioning within those guidelines, and provide financial analysis and advice to clients Provide best practices within Quatrro to help the client improve their business execution Coordinate with other internal Quatrro teams for consultative support on all financial services  Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to cross-functional teams aligned to a particular client delivery process Address client concerns and issues to ensure they are resolved promptly and dealt with according to client satisfaction Qualifications :
