Your Role and Responsibilities : Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ICU, MICU, and Progressive Care settings. Conduct thorough Assessments to assess patient conditions and plan appropriate interventions. Educate patients and families about medications and treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely administration of medications as per physician orders. What We're Looking For : Active Florida Registered Nurse license or compact licensure (with FL RN license required within 60 days of hire). Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) with previous experience in an acute care setting. Current BLS and ACLS certifications (with a 6-month grace period for ACLS upon hire). NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire. Strong critical thinking skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to patient care excellence.
