Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Renton, Washington. In this role, you will manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring the timely processing of payments and account reconciliations. Responsibilities :

• Process and verify receipts for goods and services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
• Record financial transactions and maintain up-to-date payment statuses in ledgers and journals.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for complete and accurate records.
• Review client accounts, assess payment histories, and recommend updated repayment terms when needed.
• Prepare and generate financial reports and statements for internal review.
• Participate in development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
• Support the team by performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

The salary range for this position is $55k to $65k. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company's 401(k) plan, and 10 days of paid vacation, 7 days of paid sick leave and 9 paid holidays per calendar year.

Requirements - Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
