Adecco is currently hiring immediately for Machine / Production Operator positions in Saline, MI! These are fantastic full-time, contract-to-hire positions with excellent growth potential in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment. Overtime (time and a half) and weekend hours may be required based on production needs and manager approval. This role will normally be a 40-hour work week.

Pay Rate : $16.00 - $16.40 / hr (Depending on shift)

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with prior machine operation, production, or assembly experience—preferably in an automotive environment—who are seeking long-term opportunities. Candidates must have a clean criminal background and a strong record of good attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend Daily Shift Meeting.
• Ensure 100% delivery to customer.
• Take part and improve effectiveness using Lean Manufacturing methods.
• Install and maintain 5S standards.
• Work shifts and overtime as necessary.
• Responsible for the safety of all personnel working in the areas including visitors.
• Carry out Process to correct Quality and Production Standards within cycle time.
• Escalate issues to Team Leader / Shift Leader as necessary.
• Work flexibly in order to meet customer demands and needs.
• Responsibility for ensuring Product Quality.
• Responsible for maintaining equipment in an excellent working condition.
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.
• Responsible to follow up works instructions (complete the operation always in the same way).
• Responsible to use all the traceability requirements in their area to accomplish product requirements.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company.

Pay Details : $16.00 to $16.40 per hour
