Job Summary

As an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN), your responsibilities will include :

• Conducting age-appropriate assessments upon patient arrival to the surgical suite.
• Providing care during anesthesia induction and preparing patients for local anesthesia.
• Establishing and maintaining a sterile and safe surgical environment.
• Performing correct surgical preparations.
• Accurately documenting and reporting patient care.
• Demonstrating competency in all surgical specialties and equipment.
• Engaging in professional development and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
• Completing annual department competencies.
