What you will do

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will :

Support the business in applying Parts Management and Parts Control solutions necessary to deliver services. Monitor the competitiveness of the parts pricelist and create relevant analysis reports. Support the Tetra Pak market companies with producing and presenting quotations for respective Packaging and Processing category service options. Prepare and manage peer reviews, risk reviews, quotation reviews, and cost reviews. Manage and update the sales tools and global documents. Present packaging and processing portfolio features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers. Ensure compliance with securing proper governance of Packaging and Processing systems and processes. Lead the quotation process by selecting and sizing valves, pumps, tank equipment, instruments, and other plant components, ensuring that the right components are proposed for each application. Collaborate with the Americas Plant Components Team in the development of technical and commercial proposals, including customized solutions created with different components included in the Parts Portfolio. Work with other services categories to produce bundle offers. Visit customers’ sites to understand their needs and participate in the generation of proposals to answer those needs. Support Sales Account Managers, the Customer Service Operation team (CSO), and Administrative Sales Support Functions (AmSAC / SAR) with technical specifications for components. Create sales orders based on quotations, generating part numbers for customized items, and following-up with suppliers to ensure on time and in full deliveries are met, solving potential issues by evaluating available alternatives and selecting the best one. Provide technical support to internal teams and customers in terms of documentation, application, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other technical aspects of the components included in the Parts Portfolio. Participate in the development and deployment of new products and new partnerships with suppliers according to the business plan defined in alignment with the Supplier Management Team. Ensure Parts business complies with commercial and tax practices. Participate in internal follow-up meetings, providing the required information to understand the status of orders (current and potential) and actions included in the Operational Plan.

We believe you have

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in Parts Category Management. In the alternative, will accept 8 years of experience in Parts Category Management.

Must also have work experience with :

  • 1. Spare Parts (standard and electronic components and unique parts) and Parts Control (management inventory) to lead equipment manufacturing, technical drawing reading, pricing composition (costs, margin, and revenues), sales, and product management;
  • 2. Understanding and analyzing market competitiveness and implementation of strategic actions;
  • 3. P&L analysis;
  • 4. Pricing Implementation and Costs and Revenues Analysis;

5. Pain brake down analysis to understand customer needs; and

6. SAP, Sales Force, and Power BI.
