Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Angular Front End Software Engineers who are passionate about building cutting-edge trading technology. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, inclusive, and iterative delivery environment.

Duties

  • You will work closely with our frontend team, backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality applications using Angular
  • Collaborate with UX / UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI / UX designs
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying performance bottlenecks and optimizing application performance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain modern and competitive

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-friendly, responsive, and engaging trading solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in Angular
  • Understanding of the financial markets and trading platforms
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular frameworks (Angular 2+)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Angular applications to backend services
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git
  • Experience with continuous integration systems such as Jenkins
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
