Join VI PET INC as a Veterinary Receptionist / Pet Resort Receptionist, where your passion for pets meets exceptional customer service! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for both pets and their humans.

Responsibilities :

Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.

Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area efficiently.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and pet care.

Process payments and manage client records accurately.

Assist veterinarians and staff with client communication and paperwork.

Ensure a clean and organized reception area for a positive client experience.

Promote and educate clients about additional services and products.

Handle pet check-ins and check-outs with care and attention to detail.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a veterinary or pet care environment is preferred.

Strong customer service skills and a love for animals are essential.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping.

Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
