Production Planner I

Our client is a leading industry manufacturer, offering innovative solutions and services across various sectors. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Planner to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in developing and maintaining the Master Production Schedule, optimizing processes, and ensuring inventory control.

Location : North Charleston, SC

Employment Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay Rate : $70-80K, based on Experience

Shift : 1st Shift : 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities :

• Lead demand, S&OP, and production planning activities in coordination with Sales and Operations.
• Create and manage production orders, material master data, and BOM / routings in SAP.
• Monitor inventory levels, schedule updates, and production capacity; communicate issues proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, engineering) to improve processes and meet project deadlines.
• Prepare and update Master Production Schedules; assist with job packet preparation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Perform routine audits and accurate SAP transactions.
