Autism Services, Education, Resources and Training (ASERT) Collaborative
Autism Services, Education, Resources and Training (ASERT) Collaborative is a statewide initiative funded through the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs. ASERT brings together universities, medical centers, research institutes, and service providers to strengthen resources and supports for individuals with autism and their families.
Our Western Region team is dedicated to delivering high-quality training, resources, and community engagement. We are seeking a candidate who brings both strong educational / professional training and the ability to represent ASERT in a variety of community and professional settings.
Responsibilities :
- Task & Process Documentation : Supports management in defining and documenting departmental duties.
- Cross-Departmental Analysis : Identifies trends and opportunities for process improvement across operations.
- Reporting & Benchmarking : Handles report requests and monitors performance against benchmarks.
- Project & Data Analysis : Conducts complex analyses to support management decisions.
- Strategy & Implementation : Develops and executes cross-functional strategies for change management and process implementation.
- Goal Alignment : Assists in achieving both divisional and organizational strategic goals.
- Process Improvement : Recommends and implements initiatives within and across departments.
- Project Management : Maintains detailed project plans using standard methodologies and provides timely status updates.
- Collaboration & Problem Solving : Works with managers to integrate projects efficiently and resolve issues.
- Metrics & Evaluation : Develops key performance indicators and conducts cost / benefit analyses.
- Quality Assurance : Ensures data quality through testing and validation against business needs.
Educational / Knowledge Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experienceORHigh School degree plus 5 years of experience.Prior work experience as a Project Coordinator highly preferred.Excellent knowledge of spreadsheet and database software. Must be very organized and deadline conscious. Project Management knowledge and ability to manage multiple, complex, large-scale projects.Additional Qualities Desired :
Minimum of four years of experience in operations.Experience in health care insurance or health care industry preferred.Excellent computer skills required, including Access, Excel, Microsoft Project, and other pertinent computer software packages.Strong management, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written).This position requires effective planning and organizational skills. This person must have the ability to perform planning for large initiatives / projects, managing all tasks required to providing services to meet client and business needs within budget and targeted deadlines.Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances :
