About the role

The Nuclear Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Services to lead and grow our services business line. This executive leadership role will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of our comprehensive suite of services offered to nuclear power plant operators and new nuclear project deployment.

The Head of Services will have overall responsibility for developing and executing the strategy for our services division, encompassing areas such as maintenance, modifications, outage support, engineering services, fuel services, and digital solutions. This role will drive revenue growth, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, maintain strong safety and quality standards, and foster a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the nuclear power industry, a proven track record of leading and growing service-oriented businesses, and strong executive leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the Nuclear Services division, aligned with the overall company strategy and market opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our service offerings and customer base within the nuclear energy sector.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation in service delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the nuclear power plant operating companies.

Estimated Starting Salary Range

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $250,000 - $279,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
