Process Engineer / R&D Engineer

Needed immediately : A Process Engineer / R&D Engineer in North Augusta, SC.

Candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing and with proven problem-solving and analytical skills, willing to lead the company's Continuous Improvement Program. Experience with tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Six-Sigma and Lean Manufacturing are preferred.

Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years' experience
• Proven experience in process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) a plus
• Hands-on experience with sewing and RF heat sealing technologies, a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
