Supervises clinical services staff and ensures that in services and trainings are provided on a regular basis, develops and analyzes the effectiveness of programming. Ensures all Performance Improvement standards are monitored and feedback given to appropriate staff. Coordinates student intern placement for each unit. Assists in the hiring and evaluation of clinical services staff. Interfaces with staff at all levels. Directly supervises less than 20 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. This includes interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Responsible for clinical services, outpatient departments and activity therapy.

Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health population, two (2) years previous clinical supervisory role in an inpatient psychiatric setting and administrative / management experience required.
Education : Master's Degree from an accredited school in Social Work
Licensure / Certification : Independently licensed in state of Kentucky Required : LMFT, LPCC, LPP Preferred : LCSW
