Position : Customer Service Manager

Required Skills :

  • Exceptional consultative skills, ability to articulate, inspire, project confidence, overcome objections

Experience :

  • 5 years of outbound / inbound phone sales / call center management experience
  • A proven track record in an outbound phone sales environment is a MUST
  • Responsibilities :

  • Hire, train, and manage representative to qualify all hot leads and schedule estimate appointments
