This is a relationship-first, educational role. You get paid to build trust and have conversations that matter. Your daily work involves meeting with business owners in the Portland area, listening deeply to their stories, understanding their human challenges, and showing them how AI can free them up to focus on what they do best. You succeed by being consistently helpful, present, and authentic in the community.

You are a community organizer, a genuine listener, and a partner in growth. You find the human stories, identify where our tools can restore balance, and introduce the solution-which our team then delivers with integrity.

This is not a pushy, transactional sales job. It is about building a loyal following, creating shared value, and establishing long-term, human-centric relationships.

A Day in the Life : Making a Difference

• Morning : You start your day with the "Core Loop" : having 5+ conversations with local business owners, focusing on how AI can help them serve their customers better or improve their employees' quality of life. You then share a story of local business empowerment on LinkedIn, building a movement around positive technology use in Portland.
• Afternoon : You attend a local community event, like a non-profit fundraiser or a neighborhood association meeting. You use our "Event-to-Gamma" strategy to turn authentic conversations into content that inspires and connects.
• Evening : You host the casual Weekly AI Meetup for the Portland community, creating a safe, loyal space for people to learn and connect, which naturally generates a consistent source of mission-aligned leads.
