- Provide clear explanations of client-specific processes and compliance standards to customers
- Follow up with clients and customers to ensure timely resolution of any questions or issues
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands

- Possess excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing multiple tasks
