Product Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and pragmatic Product Manager to take full ownership of our Savings and Staking products, including Bitso+ (crypto savings accounts) and staking. This role is central to our strategy to make crypto useful by providing our users with accessible, high-performing financial opportunities. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a suite of products that allow millions of users across Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia) to earn passive income on their digital assets. You will be a key member of the Yield squad, collaborating closely with engineering, design, legal, and data science to innovate, launch, and continuously optimize our yield-generating offerings. Your success will be measured by user adoption, total assets earning yield, and overall product profitability.

Reports To : Group Product Manager

Who You Are :

• 3+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on fintech, investment products, savings accounts, wealth management, or crypto yield products (e.g., staking, interest accounts).
• Deep understanding of how various crypto yield mechanisms work, including but not limited to interest-bearing accounts and staking.
• Demonstrated experience operating in a data-intensive environment. You should be comfortable extracting insights from complex datasets and using them to drive product decisions, particularly around profitability, risk management, and user engagement.
• Proven ability to ship products rapidly and iteratively. Experience with A / B testing and creative, low-cost validation methods is a huge plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying problems, breaking them down, and finding practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You'll be working with a diverse group of internal teams, including Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Design.
• A proactive and ownership-driven mindset. You thrive in environments where you can identify opportunities, build a vision, and execute to see it through.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Experience in regulatory environments for financial / investment products or managing product features related to risk, custody, and treasury operations is a significant plus.
