The employee performs routine and specific administrative support duties, including reception, file management, and data entry.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
On a continuous basis, sit at desk and / or stand at for long periods of time. Frequently required to see, hear and talk with the public; read presented documents, write or use keyboard to communicate through written means. On occasion required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, taste, or smell. Intermittently twist and reach; lift or carry weight on occasion weight of up to 10 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Assignments are described in detail and work is performed in accordance with departmental rules and regulations, reports to the Administrative Manager.
