Estimator (Water, Fire, Mold Restoration) – Chesapeake, VA
We’re hiring an experienced Estimator in Chesapeake, VA. Estimating water, fire, and mold restoration projects . If you have mitigation estimating experience and know Xactimate , we want to talk to you. Symbility / Claims Connect experience is a plus.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect residential & commercial losses (water, fire, mold)
- Create accurate, profitable estimates using Xactimate / Xactware
- Prepare clear written proposals & secure customer approvals
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing & bids
- Communicate with homeowners & insurance adjusters to build trust
- Maintain complete, organized project files
- Help close jobs & drive profitability for our team
