Property Inspection Technical and Compliance Specialist

Position Summary

Seek Now is seeking a detail-oriented Technical and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This candidate must be located in the Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO area. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our field force while ensuring compliance with the required certifications and service capability qualifications. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with significant field engagement opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications :

Minimum Requirements :

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience in content creation and instructional design
• In-person instruction and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to interpret and apply compliance requirements
• Problem-solving skills with a technical mindset
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
