You understand P&C coverages inside and out-GL, Property, Auto, WC, Umbrella-and you know how to balance marketing, renewals, and service while keeping clients confident and informed.

About the Role

• Manage a select portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts, delivering dependable, proactive service.
• Drive retention through meaningful coverage reviews, renewal preparation, and strategic cross-selling.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to streamline workflows and elevate client experience.
• Strengthen partnerships with carriers and underwriters to secure the best terms and solutions.
• Provide mentorship and operational support to team members using Applied Epic or AMS360.
