Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare components for assembly and engineering kits based on prototype and engineering requirements.
- Fulfill engineering component requests, including specialized materials such as wafers, die, and laminates.
- Perform regular storeroom inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and support inventory control initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-up customers, providing prompt and accurate component fulfillment.
- Identify and report bill of material (BOM) discrepancies and support corrections through the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate material availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom environment in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical / community college coursework preferred.2 to 4 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment.Proficiency with SAP and MES systems is strongly preferred.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.Highly detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.Must be available to work the 2nd shift schedule and attend training during the 1st shift.Shift : 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 30 PM)
Training Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM
