A company is looking for a Case Entry Specialist - Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
Transcribe information from clients' EMRs into required electronic format and check for accuracy
Monitor shared inboxes and document incoming communications
Export and upload documents using the proprietary system and assist other departmental functions as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior knowledge of accessing hospital EMRs preferred
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Proficient in computer applications such as Outlook and MS Teams
Ability to navigate multiple screens efficiently
