The pay for this position ranges from $87000 - $102500.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support employees across multiple functions and play a key part in our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all team members.
• Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve workplace conflicts in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
• Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate selection.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and time-off requests.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate performance management activities, such as annual reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and workplace productivity.
• Provide guidance and support to management and staff regarding HR best practices and procedures.
