Location : Centerville

and / or Governors Square

Job title : Registered Nurse

Department : Nursing

F / T or P / T status : Full time

Schedule / Hours : M-F, 8 am - 5 pm

Job Summary :

Assists with providing patients with ready access to their own healthcare team for direct patient care, health promotion, disease prevention and patient education. Assists provider with ensuring the care is patient-centered, team based, and community-aligned.

Minimum Qualifications :

Florida-licensed RN and Basic Life Support certification. Must be able to : navigate a software program with a keyboard and mouse, frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move more than 100 pounds.
