The essential job responsibilities of the Engineer are to apply established engineering principles to the planning / design of additions / alterations to electric distribution systems. DEPENDING ON AREA OF WORK CONCENTRATION.

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements :

To perform the Design Engineer role, you must :

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, depending on expertise required
• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence

Physical Working Conditions :

Climb over obstructions, bend, stoop or otherwise work from an awkward position in order to inspect or repair equipment. Work in proximity to high voltage and areas exposed to dust, dirt, odors, noise and the presence of chemicals. Works inside and outside under all conditions. Subject to the hazards of weather.
