Types of Cases : General, endoscopy, OB (~450 deliveries), orthopedics (some spines), urology, gynecology, podiatry, and cardiac (~380 / year cath lab and TEE).

Specific requirements / restrictions : Call Response Time : 30 min, Credentialing : 60-90 days, Case logs required : yes showing proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks, Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical Exemptions, ACLS, BLS, PALS
