Attorney, Criminal / Civil Litigation

Robert Half has partnered with a dynamic and growing law firm, seeking a highly motivated attorney with 2+ years of experience in criminal and / or civil litigation. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate advocate with strong analytical and courtroom skills to join a collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities

• Case Management : Independently manage a diverse criminal and civil caseload, including the defense of law enforcement officers in criminal, internal affairs, and civil matters.
• Legal Expertise : Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Courtroom Advocacy : Represent clients in hearings and trials.
• Client Communication : Maintain consistent, empathetic communication with clients, including police officers, and advise them on legal strategies.
• Collaboration : Work with senior attorneys and paralegals to ensure efficient case progression.

Qualifications

Compensation & Application

Requirements - Active license to practice law in Colorado, with at least 2 years of experience in criminal and / or civil litigation.
