We are seeking a dedicated and capable cGMP clean-room cleaning technician to support Manufacturing Operations in our newly constructed early-stage cell / gene therapy GMP manufacturing facility located in Louisville, CO. Ensuring that we produce safe, high-quality products in a highly controlled environment is of paramount importance, and cleaning is an essential part of this process.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with personnel and the cleaning team to schedule and execute cleaning.
- Follow SOPs to prepare cleaning solutions and perform clean-room area cleaning.
- Document cleaning activities in area logbooks.
- Prepare, execute, and clean-up after required cleaning activities within controlled spaces.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, good manufacturing practices, and good documentation practices.
- Perform cGMP cleaning in an aseptic clean-room environment (ISO5, ISO7, ISO8, ISO9).
- Assist in performing equipment cleaning and manage material inventory.
- Review GMP documentation, such as logbooks.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of cGMP clean-room cleaning experience in the pharmaceutical, biologics, and / or medical device field.Experience in environmental monitoring, aseptic technique, and cGMP regulations.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated experience working on results-oriented teams.Exceptional judgment and initiative in resolving problems and making recommendations.Proficient in computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.Self-motivated with strong organization and communication skills.Attention to detail, able to read and follow detailed SOPsTeam-player, flexible to adjust to changing priorities.Work Environment
This role operates in a highly regulated clean room environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm with a half-hour lunch. The position requires wearing clean-room gowning materials including hair net / cap, safety goggles, gloves, jumpsuit, booties, and tapes. The work involves reaching overhead and handling chemicals and biological materials, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Occasional night and weekend work may be required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.60 - $35.33 / hr.
