The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role the skills education training credentials and experience of the candidate internal equity and organizational needs.

In addition to your salary this position may be eligible for medical dental vision retirement and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.

Department Overview

The Marketing and Communications team tells the story of Childrens Minnesota so that our community understands what we can do for them. With a diverse team of experts in PR digital social brand management and creative we develop communications that raise awareness of our highly specialized care grow affinity for our kid-focused approach to medicine and keep our audiences (families physician partners community groups) engaged in the journey toward better health for all children.

Position Summary

Undertakes an internship designed to provide on-the-job training and experience to High School Students individuals recently completing relevant education or certifications and those recently completing 2- or 4-year degrees. Engages in various work assignments projects and activities of varying complexity structured to enable the intern to gain the necessary knowledge skills and abilities needed to perform within their chose career. Receives training and mentorship in planning and carrying out activities and assignments. These positions are considered short term and temporary.
