Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate departments.

Call Management : Answer and manage incoming telephone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Appointment Scheduling : Organize and schedule meetings or appointments as required, ensuring effective time management.

Documentation : Handle documentation processes with accuracy, ensuring that records are well-maintained and accessible.

Correspondence : Manage email and other forms of correspondence promptly, ensuring communications are clear and organized.

Office Coordination : Assist in the smooth running of the office, managing supplies, and coordinating with different departments as necessary.

Requirements

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience : Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is advantageous.

Customer Service Skills : Strong ability to effectively communicate and address client needs with a positive attitude.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and utilize CRM systems effectively.

Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Availability : Must be able to work full-time on-site in San Jose, California.
