Chief Credit Officer

We are seeking a Chief Credit Officer to join our team in College Station, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with the oversight and management of our credit administration, compliance, collections, and credit analysis functions. This position is instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our loan portfolio and preventing loan losses.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the credit administration, compliance, collections, and credit analysis functions.
• Review and manage financial institution loan policy and procedures to prevent loan losses.
• Oversee the full range of manager duties for the Credit Administration.
• Conduct analyses on all large loans and aggregate lending.
• Ensure the policy and procedure of the loan portfolio are effectively managed.
• Monitor and manage a team of credit officers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Process customer credit applications accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
